  • Supervise sales reps according to company regulations, ensure sales reps follow the right route, right store and 100% store in the assigned area are visited. 
  • Recruit sales reps when required, take responsible for the route if there is a case of absence or not enough sales reps in the area. 
  • Responsible for monitoring and promoting the effectiveness of each sales rep and each route plan
  • Effective sales skills training, guide and support the sales team about DMS system for each individual or group, building the discipline and working spirit of the team. 
  • Daily field coaching, work with, work review with sales reps to ensure professionalism, authenticity and compliance with company regulation.  
  • Set the daily/weekly/monthly target by sales reps, by SKU, and tracking to ensure the sales out align with the time gones
  • Manage & develop the area to achieve the sales target, coverage, market share. 
  • Build and develop customer relationships in the assigned market. 
  • Implement and checking all promotions and activities in the assigned market in accordance with the company’s regulations to achieve the set goals. 
  • Manage POSM at the distributor and outlets to build and maintain the company image, brand awareness in the area.
  • Collect market information, competitor information to report to the company 
  • Manage primary sales, secondary sales, and inventory at distributor by category, by SKU. Manage distributor’s debt follow company policy. 
  • To ensure high service level from distributor to the market, including but not limited: on time delivery, storage condition, interaction between delivery men and shop owner, … 
  • To build, support and develop distributor capability to meet the company standard. 
  • Report and update to the company
  • Other tasks as required by superiors.


  • At least 2 years of experience in sales supervisor in a Consumer Good Company, Dairy industry. 
  • Data analysis skills, knowledge and experience in DMS or similar software, skills in using Microsoft Office software. 
  • Communication, negotiation, handling objection skills 
  • Management and people development skills 
  • Graduated from University in Business Administration or other relevant major
  • Foreign Language: Priority if the ability to communicate in English or Japaness
